When you contact us, please have your insurance card or policy details ready. Providing this information in advance allows our team to verify your benefits as a courtesy. We are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf. Often times care is fully covered by insurance resulting in zero out-of-pocket expense. For any unpaid insurance balances, please speak with a team member to explore additional options. Payment for dental services is due at the time of treatment, and please note that insurance coverage is estimated and not guaranteed. Any portion of services not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
